What to say and how to say it?,well,I try to say it easy. I have discovered Wucan while surfing the popular video channel that many of us know and usually visit,in search for something new and,in the measure of its possibilities,original and crashed against a five minute wonder called "Dopetrotter". Love at first feel,like AC/DC sang 40 years ago,it was what I'd felt at the very moment. Fran has a powerhouse in her throat,and show us how she turned his singing into something more powerful in the "Reap the Storm" album and this tune. Many wonderful things have to come from this band which has one of the most passionate,at least for me,guitar players of the scene. Enjoy and trip far and safe. New winds are brought by female fronted bands from many musical genres and Wucan leads the wave. At least for me.

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points. This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff. Even without a Hammond B3, it gets an easy A+...
